Even though we are happy to drive you around to show you as many homes as you wish, we understand that might seem like too much effort.
Many of our clients prefer to see virtual tours of homes to find their short list to visit in person.
In most cases we shoot a video ourselves - so we show you the things you would look at if you were there in person - not just the salesy stuff - like the age of the AC or heating unit, and what the neighborhood looks like.
Then we can take a drive and check out your shortlist in person.
Finding just the right house may be the easier part. In the current market it is often keeping a transaction together that takes the most skill. We are very experienced in these things and will guide the deal through to a smooth close of escrow.

An ADU or Accessory Dwelling Unit can provide several options for now and into the future.
Perhaps one of the kids lives in it while they are single and you stay in your own home (or we find you a home with a lot suitable for an ADU) if the finances make sense.
We know of clients who have done that and then when the kids were married, perhaps even had children - and the ADU became too small you swap homes with them and make that your retirement home.
It is hard for young people to afford a buy or even to rent a home - and it may make financial sense to keep rent payments in the family instead of paying the high rents in the local area - or for you to move into senior living at a cost of around $8,000 a month.
