We encourage making a plan even if you keep it in a drawer until you need it. That way you will make the decisions.

Our first contact will likely be by phone and during that call we'll start to get to know each other when we'll ask about your goals, preferred location, care needs and timeline.
Based on that conversation we will start to put together an outline of your customized plan.
If you know exactly what you want to do already we can start work immediately and be with you every step of the way to make everything as smooth and stress free as possible.
Most often we will also explore the options (there may even be a couple you haven't thought of) with you and build your plan around the decisions you make.
Just as a guideline our process is set out below but no two plans or processes are the same, so don't feel constrained by it. We just use it as a placeholder because sometimes it's easier to have something to work from and make changes to than starting from scratch.

This will be based on the information collected during our initial consultation and on the planning sheets you received from us when we began this journey together.
Get a free and accurate valuation of your home taking into account the latest market trends and data to provide you with an estimate of your home's value. Even if you ultimately decide not to sell the home it is important you know what it could sell for in the current market.
If you choose, we can also put together an estimate of the work that we believe could be done to your house to increase the sales price - as well as what it would sell for "as is". And of course we will manage the whole thing for you.
Remember, you won't need to do a thing.
It is almost impossible to make a decision until you have considered all your options. We understand and will spend as much time as you need to decide between all the options including senior living communities, a single level home with low or no maintenance or even an ADU Accessory Dwelling Unit in your own back yard.

When you find the home you want to live in for your next chapter, we will prepare and submit the offer for you and represent you during the transaction to ensure all deadlines are met and everything goes along smoothly until you have the keys in your hand.
During escrow we will prepare a floorplan for you so that you're able to decide what items you wish to take with you, what will fit in the new space, and perhaps as important, what will not.

Once the home is empty and has had a deep clean we will sell it using the method of sale you have chosen .
Don't be offended by us saying the house will need a clean, even the best kept home needs a good scrub after the home is empty and movers have been through it.
There is more than one way to sell any home and we will present all options to you so the best possible method can be chosen.
The moving team will unpack your belongings and put them away according to the floorplan.
